1What is Capacity?
Capacity is the Maximum weights that your scale can sustain in weighing process. Any loading more than the specified capacity of your scale would damage the internor sensor(Loadcell).
Please keep in mind that NEVER overloading the Capacity of your scale to protect your scale and keep it safe.
2Where and How can I know my scale's Capacity?
Normally there would be a Basic Information Sticker on the backside of your scale, where you can find the model number, capacity, readability and country of origin informaiton.
If you can not find and not sure with your scale's capacity, please refer to your reseller or contact us for help.
3What is Resolution?
The Resolution of a scale is the smallest increment in applied weight that can be detected or displayed on the scale. In all scales, this quantity is most affected by the number of digits that are displayed when
an object is weighed.
4What is Accuracy?
The accuracy of a scale is a measure of the degree of closeness of the average value of an object’s displayed weight to the object’s actual weight. If, on average, a scale indicates that a 200g reference weight weighs
200.20g, then the scale is accurate to within 0.20g in 200g, or 0.1%.
5What to do with "Lo"
"Lo" indicate that your scale is in low battery stadus, please replase new batteries for your scales, please make sure you put in the batteries in the right directions.
